All lessons shall be paid for in full either before or upon completion.
24 hours notice of cancellation is required or the full lesson fee is payable if notice is not given.
First hour free is for new customer who has not driven before.If driven before then 1st hour is half price.This should be taken as a 2 hour lesson, 2nd hour payable at normal hourly rate.
Derwent Driving School will do all that is reasonable to meet the date and time given for a lesson. In the case of unforeseen circumstances, beyond the reasonable control of Derwent Driving School, Derwent Driving School will contact the learner and agree an alternative date and time for the lesson.
I pride myself on giving a good service, however should you have any complaint about any part of my service then please contact me immediately. You will be contacted as soon as possible and I aim to provide a resolution within 7 working days. All complaints will be dealt with in a fair and confidential manner.
